Beauty Tips
SUBJECT: REGULAR CARE OF HAIR:
Taking care of hair is in fact much the same as taking care of skin. An effective hair care discipline involves cleansing, toning and conditioning routines carried out with religious regularity.
Thin Tip: Good for grasping small, fine hairs, and plucking ingrown hair.
Slanted Tip: Gives maximum control.
Square Tip: Best used for removing coarse hairs or several hairs at a time.
1. Care Of Oily Hair And Scalp Condition:
The principle of care for oily hair and scalp condition is the same as used for oily skin condition. The routine aims at removing the excess oil and to exfoliate skin cells which clogs up and suffocate the hair follicles in our scalp. The emphasis is laid on cleansing and toning routines. Since the hair has to be washed as frequently as it gets dirty and oily, a natural shampoo on a formulation of herbs such as amla, shikakai, trijla is ideal. Massaging hair and scalp is important for the well being as well as good growth of the hair. For dry hair, scalp massaging with oil is recommended. For oily hair massaging with toning lotion is suitable.

Home-made Cosmetics For Oily Hair:
A. Take some dry soap nuts(reetha) and soak them in water overnight. Mash them in the morning and strain the soapy solution. Add a tsp of shikakai powder and wash your hair.
If you are unable to make the shampoo cleanser at home, use this infusion recipe. Prepare it and mix in the shampoo you use.

B.To make the infusion, boil two handfuls of mint leaves in one and a half glass of water for 20 minutes. Strain the solution and mix in a 300ml bottle of shampoo.

Toning Lotion For Oily Hair:
Mix a tbsp of Malt Vinegar in a glass of water. Add a pinch of salt in it. Use 2 tbsps of it on your scalp and massage it with your finger tips twice a week. Leave the lotion on for one hour. Rinse with cool water, brush and set your hair.

2. Care For Dry Hair:
Dry hair tends to be thin and rough. It is susceptible to tangles, damage, breakage and split ends. The primary aim is to replenish the oil and the moisture in the hair.

Home-made Cosmetic Care For Dry Hair:
Below are given few natural recipes that are time-tested.

The Gentle Cleanser:
Beat an egg in a cup of the skimmed milk. When the foam becomes consistent, rub it into the scalp. Leave it on for 5 minutes. Rinse the hair thoroughly with water. Carry out this routine twice a week.

The Protein Conditioner:
Beat one tbsp of castor oil, one tbsp of glycerine, one tbsp of cider vinegar and a tsp of mild herbal shampoo. Apply it on scalp and leave it on for 20 minutes. Rinse with clear water.

A Special Massage Oil Toner
Buy a bottle of castor oil or coconut oil. Add a tsp of lavender essential oil in it. Heat a little and massage it gently on your scalp at night. Rinse or shampoo it out in the morning. Follow this routine at least twice a week.

GET SOME COOL ADVICES ABOUT FITNESS...
Low Calorie / Diet Food List
1. Canned soup - Read the labels. Companies usually list more than one serving per can, so the calories and sodium are more that what you see at first glance. Healthy soups are costlier but the cans are larger and they're chunkier. Regular soup is fine as long as you keep track of calories, fat calories, and sodium.
2. Fat-Free hot dogs or chicken patties - These take some getting used to but they're filling and guilt-free. Some brands are unpalatable and simply not worth the extra money.
3. Rice cakes - Plain rice cakes are only around 35 calories. Unsalted ones have very little sodium and are healthier. Other flavors are available and quite good. Even though they have a few more calories, they're worth the extra treat.
4. Reduced calorie crackers & chips - These are good snacks that satisfy a need for crunchy foods. By keeping this craving under control, you'll reduce the chance of binging later on. Yes, you need to count the crackers and chips if you're counting calories. My favorites are reduced-calorie Cheese Nips, Wheat Thins and fat-free Pringles.
5. Breakfast and granola bars - Crunchy breakfast bars come in many different flavors and can be eaten as a fast meal if you're eating several times a day or as a satisfying snack.
6. Cherry tomatoes - Besides the other fruits and vegetables that I like, a medium cherry tomato is packed with flavor and only has 5 calories.
7. Light yogurt - Light yogurt has more calories than what I'd like, but it's a treat. Pick your favorite flavor and reward yourself when your sweet tooth kicks in.
8. Popcorn - What's healthy is the old-fashioned, natural kernels that you need to pop in a hot-air popper. This gives you control of what is added. Still, you need to eat in moderation.
9. Lowfat cottage cheese - Add a 1/2 cup of cottage cheese to your diet to balance it out. You'll get dairy benefits and only about 80 calories.
10. Bullion cubes - Dieting often makes you feel chilled. Drink bullion cubes dissolved in hot water to warm up and get a little food content. The only downside is that they're packed with salt, so don't get carried away.
11. Lean lunch meat - A sandwich with lean lunch meat and some mustard or fat-free mayo will get you by until your next meal. It may cost more but there's no denying the difference between lean and regular. Again, read the labels.

After moving to Dallas at the age of four with her brother Josh and her mother, she became enamored with the idea of modeling at a very early age. She signed her first modeling contract at the age of nine with a company called The Kim Dawson Agency in Dallas.
She dropped out of school at the age of fifteen to pursue modeling full-time. Her motto is to live by the hour, because you never know when it might end.
Bridget continued her pursuit of modeling stardom over the next few years. In 1992, the Hazel-eyed blonde signed with the Ford Modeling Agency, which helped catapult her to the top of her domain. In fact, she was listed in Forbes magazine as one of the top ten best-paid supermodels in the world.
She was kicked out of Ford Models President Eileen Ford's home for her excessively wild behavior. This five-foot-ten model has graced the cover of every major fashion magazine in the world; she has worked for many big companies such as IMG, Why Not and Ford.
Her recent advertising work includes ads for Gucci, Ralph Lauren, Versace Couture, Valentino, Pepsi and Maybelline. She also did widely recognized work for Guess, Bill Blass, Patek Phillipe watches, Polo Sport and Christian Dior.

Going back and forth between New York and Dallas, she has to juggle her schedule to find time for some of her favorite hobbies, which include playing pool, jet skiing and swimming. She is also an expert snowboarder, and spends a considerable amount of time in Vermont and Telluride, where she prefers to snowboard. A big fan of rap music, Bridget also enjoys reading, drawing and playing volleyball.
Being from Dallas, she is a huge Cowboys fan, and she attends the University of Nebraska. Although she is unmarried, she had been dating actor Norman Reedus for some time a few years back.
